Educational Projects


	Planning Aid often undertakes projects with an educational theme, working with groups of children as well as adults. To date, our education projects have included: Working with schools to help students to plan their local area; Working through libraries to help teach children and young adults about planning issues in their area; Running projects with community groups to help educate on sustainable development issues in local neighbourhoods; Writing packs and work programmes for use in primary schools to teach children about the importance of planning. We also work closely with the ESD Network (Education for Sustainable Development). This is a network run by the RTPI, encouraging practitioners, teachers and students to exchange ideas and to share knowledge and resources. Follow this link to have a look at the ESD website.
